I have been with Cox for over 16 1/2 years. Today, I realize I have not been getting Cox bills. I have it arranged where automatic payment take it out of my bank account but I still like to see my bill. I called Cox, they wanted to charge me five dollar per copy since March 2017!! I never request for paperless bill, they said they have been emailing me on the second of every month since March, I looked at all my emails and cannot find my bills being emailed to me. I try to explain this problem to the supervisor of Cox by the name of Lasean. She would not waive the five dollar fees!! It's not my fault that they decided for me to go paperless!! It is very ashamed to have someone representing Cox!!!
This company definitely need retraining from top to bottom!! So upset with Cox!! I wish there were other alternatives besides this Cox company!! Cox SUCKS in customer service!!
