This Review is for the billing department only.. my Ultrasound tech was friendly and everything was fine in that department.
MY experience trying to pay my bill today. I tried to pay online via there website it did not work. So i tried to call and make a credit card payment over the phone.. They have an automated credit card payment line which also didn't not work...I tried twice. (Please note I do have money in my bank account and i did type all info correctly and carefully) So after 3 failed attempts i transfer to a live person who answered the phone (i think her name was Kim) i tell her whats going on and she said rudely hold on... and she transfers me back to the automated phone line for credit card payments!! So again i try that and it doesn't work.... So i call back and get thru to another live person I tell her whats going on and she proceeds to tell me they can't take a phone payment unless i use the automated system or pay online.. neither worked so i told the women well i guess your not getting paid then and she hung up the phone. Your billing services are crap and your customer service reps are useless and rude! Guess you don't want your money
