  • I've just taken possession of my apartment and have found the service by the staff to be professional and courteous. On the move-in, they noted some pre-existing deficiencies which are being addressed by their maintenance personnel. The apartment is acceptable, and again, I'm brand new to this apartment community. I believe the staff who tell me they are taking positive steps to address community issues and resolve same. No place is perfect and staff are limited to efficiencies afforded by their higher management. My only concern is that of internet access and connectivity which is the slower DSL. I am hopeful management will encourage the present service provider, Century Link, to upgrade their facilities to accommodate better and faster connectivity.
