  • This FEDEX location is greedy as hell: I asked them to fax a FEDEX claim form to the FEDEX claims department. (I received a FEDEX shipment which had been opened during transit and items were stolen from the box). I have a fax machine but in these days nobody has a landline anymore which is necessary to send faxes. The manager told me that she would have to charge me for sending the fax to the claims department "Unfortunately, it is our policy...." and then with a bitter-sweet smile on her face: "If you don't want to pay for the fax you could just drive to the FEDEX hub in Chandler and hand deliver the form..." She already had the driving instructions handy (only 19 minutes and 13.4 miles, one way). What a great customer service !!!
