We came here at around 1:30pm last Friday - with the leftovers of the lunch crowd.
We had to wait for our party of 5 but the wait was not very long; I ordered the pork belly bowl for my young son and daughter - this was very rich and very flavorful; the pickled ginger complements the saltiness nicely.
I ordered the Tonkatsu ramen and it was full of flavor - very rich, filling and authentic - I ate the whole bowl (and they are very big bowls!).
This was my birthday lunch and we traveled 2 hours to eat here from Southern Utah. The staff were friendly and accommodating for our family with 2 adults and 3 kids even though the restaurant is very small and seating is limited. I was very happy with our meal.
