  • Casino job center is an agency that trains people how to deal blackjack and roulette and many other table games. They have many casinos that they hire you thru. To name a few The Cosmopolitan, Golden Nugget, Rio, Planet Hollywood, Las Vegas Club... and many more. I've been working for CJC (Casino Job Center) for over a year and a half now. I currently work at The Cosmopolitan and I worked at Rio for a couple of months as well about a year ago. I am a themed party pit model dealer. I've been dealing for 3 years now and CJC is by far one of the best companies to work for. They are reliable and consistent. My work environment is safe and fun. I enjoy every day I go to work. I know what to expect, I know what is required of me and that is very important in order to do your job effectively and to everyone's standards. If you are interested in possibly pursuing this career. Just call them up and they will let you know what they need to get you started. They hire model dealers and regular dealers so contrary to some of the reviews on here, you don't have to be a size 0 to work for CJC. The front desk staff is very friendly and always cheerful and ready to give you any information you may need. My favorite is Tara. She is a sweet heart :)
