  • I just drove in one of my cars to make sure the front right tire is still in good condition. This morning I had discovered this tire to be almost flat due to a thick nail which was inserted into the threads. A very enthusiastic and young African American man ( working in the shop / not the front counter ) immediately approached me and offered to checked my tire pressure right away. He jacked up my car, removed the front right tire and tested it in floating water. For my delight, the tire passes and is good BUT that is not the main point of this review. None of the employees, including the front counter employee used any high pressure sales tactic on me which is very common in these businesses. I specially commend the African American technician for his enthusiasm and passion for his work. He puts so much love and pride to his work and service. This is a BUSINESS MODEL on how to build customer loyalty and return sales. They certainly has gotten mine. FIVE STARS. HIGHEST REVIEW AND ALL THUMBS UP. (Saturday, May 13, 2017. 5:30pm.
