  • My scrambled eggs had a big black hair in it. I was going to tell the server but he just dropped off my bill and ran; didn't ask if everything was OK or anything. When I got to the register, the cashier asked me how my food was and I told her that there was a hair in my food and she said "oh I'm sorry about that" and that was it. And to make things worse, the manager was standing right there. I won't be back.
