I'm not sure why this location has people working the front that act like they just hate their jobs, but they do. I came here for the first time yesterday to take my son to get his Heal prick since he is a new born and when you walk in the faces of the two women working the front desk are not the friendliest type, we know what to do because there is two iPads on the counter to check in for them to call you; which by the way makes no sense because they aren't busy doing anything. So we signed in and sat down for 20 minutes before the lady called my sons name for me to finally give her the insurance card and fill out his paper work, I was wondering why we even had to wait that long since no one was there in the waiting area. After we did all the paper work it took them another 10 minutes to get him in the back to do the heal prick that takes all of 2 minutes.
Just wanted to let everyone know that it may be better to call in an appointment if you don't want to wait 30 plus minutes on a non busy day. I'll definitely make an appointment next time just to see if that makes a difference in wait times.
