Suspecting that our car had a faulty battery, we stopped by to see if we could get a load test done on our battery. From the time we walked through the store's front door until the ride back home from Vegas, the customer service experience was one of the few best that anyone could have in a lifetime. Very unexpected and extremely pleased from the service we received from Don Knetzger, General Manager Darren Price and his team on November 21, 2014 at approximately 1:30 P.M.
The service department immediately performed a load test on our car's battery and discovered that it did need replaced. Don researched and found the right battery for our car and Darren ensures that it would be properly installed and tested. He even gave me a reduced price on the purchase when I asked if the store offers a military discount.
The service was friendly, respectful and outstanding. We even received a follow up phone call on the drive back home asking if we were completely satisfied with the service received. If you need something for your car, I highly recommend patronizing this store.
