| - Came in to get a estimate on my tires and the guy I dealt with was great. Typical sales pitches and up-sells on various things, while 'discounting' others...but it's all in the game and a part of it. I decided to order my tires based off the quote he gave me and when they came in I came back to get them installed. The guy I dealt with this time was not as pleasant let us say. I called to make sure they were in before hand and he was very curt with me. That should have been a flag for me for when I came in. When I walked in there was a small line, two people deep, behind me and he was the only one at the counter. Granted I understand the stress of having customers waiting, but again...very short with me and his words. I felt pressured to get the alignment so I agreed, but changed my mind not even 10 minutes after. Apparently they got my car in, got my tires off, and already completed the alignment in less than that. That could be true, but for being 'so busy' it was very doubtful. I heard that the alignment wasn't even on the work order.
They in general didn't seem to be very organized or prepared for the day. There was lots of yelling back and forth between the office and the garage. There was a lot of 'where is this. where is that. do you know anything about this order' and things of the like. Disorganized is almost being nice about it.
Whatever. Got my stuff, paid, and left. It was cheaper than my quote at another place, but did I get the best deal? I highly doubt it. It's very up in the air if I will be back.
