  • It is SO hard to book with Hoda because she doesn't reply to texts and calls very well. Figuring out a time is such a nightmare. I always book my next sessions in advanced, but at times things come up and you have to reschedule. She hasn't gotten back to me in a month and I've been contacting her for a month. I'm forfeiting my last 2 treatments, which is really unfortunate since I tipped her VERY well in the beginning. Hair has grown back same and I'm super disappointed.
