| - After mediation with our insurance carrier things went down hill quickly. USAA, our insurance carrier did find that ATI, either inadvertantly, carelessly or accidentally had duplicate line items in the quote that made up more than 10% of the overall cost, and they were removed. After thay they refused to answer any other questions regarding the inconsistency in their pricing, even though I was the customer and the one paying. We also could not get Jason to understand what had been missing from the quote to get it corrected. And eventually it reached a point that he said ATI would fullfil the insurance obligations by putting the bathroom back to the way it was but refused the upgrades we requested five months back. He left us with our back against the wall and turned it over to his legal department. My husband and I were never rude, hostile, or angry with this company but once we got our insurance company involved it was impossible to have a conversation where Jason did not become hostile. This forced us to start from ground zero and start getting quotes.
All in all, this company wants multi-million dollar jobs that the insurance company send their way, yet with that they have to take the small ones too, but they are not a priority. Which if how we fell through the cracks because they were bidding on 5M+ jobs while I was just trying to get an accurate quote on a 25k remodel, guess who won every time in the attention department. If it was me I would be writing a different review. Jose from ATI is amazing and I hope one day will he be in Jason's position.
