I will never return to the Starbucks solely based on the fact that one employee spoke poorly to another employee about EVERY single other employee and manager that works at this location. She blamed others as the reason they have lost customers. They are losing customers because you are can't stop talking poorly about your associates for two seconds. She didn't have one nice thing to say about anyone. After 1 hour of studying I couldn't take it any longer. In any customer service industry you should NEVER speak about others, including other associates. Leave it at the door or quit if you're so unhappy. Such an unpleasant studying session.
