  • Pay attention to the customer you are working with!!!!!!! The lady was too busy paying attention to her appointment that walked in & cut the hell out of my finger, not my cuticle, MY FINGER! One of the tips she put on was only glued on one side & I asked her to file a certain spot & she didn't even do it, I literally got up & left with 3 tips on!!! Maybe don't talk walk ins if you know you have an appointment coming! Took 20 mins for my finger to stop bleeding!!
