  • I was really scared not knowing what to expect. I had previously went to another location for a consultation and was extremely disappointed with the service. I made my Consultation appointment on a Tuesday and Loved the personalized (TLC ~ Their name says it All) care I received. From the time I checked in with Heather, who was very nice and friendly. To working with Tammy my Technician (She had such a Motherly Calming way about her)To meeting Dr. Rauch who was a very down to earth and caring Doctor, she thoroughly explained to me exactly what will happen during the LASIK Surgery. Fast Forward to Thursday that same week. And here I am about to have the Surgery. Again scared, and anxious the staff put me at ease and I was able to meet Dr. Hammonds who performed my LASIK. He was a very Good Doctor and explained everything that would happen before and reiterated the information again each step of the way during the Surgery which put me at ease. What a truly remarkable team and A great experience getting LASIK. My only regret....not getting it done sooner!
