  • Had a 5-day pass and walked in to use it. No one was at the desk to sign in so I went to someone at a desk. The person who was at desk acted as if I was a bother. Never asked how I was doing or if I wanted a tour, just took my ID and handed pass back. Did not even say "have a good workout". Horrible customer service. I will not be back and will for sure tell others.
