rev:text	Worst experience I had with them n they ripped me off! After towing fee was paid we waited another 2hr to pick up the car. after we paid they told us one of the tire was busted n they can't released the damaged car without paying another $50 n waited another 40min n they said for them to change spare tire would be another $65 which we also paid right away but, we still had to wait for another 30min n guy came out to change the tire but, told us they don't charge to do that we just needed to tip them $20 when I went back in to ask for a receipt plus size lady refused to give me a receipt kept telling me to get it from the guy who's fixing it outside n he had no idea what receipt I was talking about but, that lady wasn't gonna give me a receipt n I already wasted half of my day there n couldn't spend another minute so, I just left. Black girl had bad attitude n she wasn't helping me with ANYTHING I don't know what her job title is there but, I saw her actually smiling when guys went up to her window n gave me dirty looks when i was at her window kept telling me whatever I asked she couldn't do it...they all have pretty poor work-ethic but, at the same time look where they r working at...I still think I should've never paid extra $65 she couldn't name to print it out maybe because there is no such thing as changing spare tire fee in the system?! I'm sure it went straight into her pocket but, she looked hungry so, hopefully she had a good meal with that $65...I didn't get to pick the towing company but, if u could avoid this one n ur welcome I just saved ur time & money!!!
