| - Walking into The Crêpe Shack was like walking into a delightful, sugary heaven. The smells of fresh crepes, ice cream, and fruit was amazing, and I was excited to try one of their delicious desserts.
There were lots of people there, so it was a little crowded and very overwhelming. The family in front of us took forever to decide on what to order, and they kept arguing, but the waiter was very attentive and patient with them, so I give him props for that.
I ordered the Banana Cheese Pie Crepe, which is a crepe filled with (my choice) vanilla ice cream and topped with sliced bananas, graham cracker crumbs, cheesecake bites, and drizzled with white chocolate syrup. It was a perfect sized portion, the service was super quick, and the presentation was marvelous.
I liked the idea of serving ice cream and toppings in a crepe, but I don't know if it was just me, but it was a little difficult to bite into. However, the taste itself was extremely delicious but subtle. It wasn't overpowered by abundant amounts of sugar, so it was really good after I got the hang of eating it.
Overall, The Crêpe Shack was a beautiful place, and I'm so happy I came in here. Next time, I'm planning on trying a waffle. However, the crepe was amazing, and I would highly recommend it to all of the sweet tooths out there.
