  • I am very, very upset at this place. This is the third week we've been staying here temporarily. My boyfriend just woke me up out of bed right now because he found this needle(in the photo attached) underneath the safe. The sad part about it is that I have my three and four year old who were playing in the same closet that the safe is in. I've tried to contact the office and number on the website to report this. No agent is answering and I can't even get a good number from the website. As soon as I get off from work number, I am going to take my kids straight to the doctor. This is unbelievable. I had to call the office when I first got in to sweep and mop the bathroom because it was filthy and now I'm thinking these people are so freaking careless about anyone & they know we have three kids in this room. We've paid a total of $1038 for THREE weeks to be in this hellhole and you mean to tell me you can't clean your rooms properly and thoroughly before you move someone else in? I pray to God that my kids are okay and nothing is wrong them! I will be contacting this office as soon as they open. This is just wrong on so many levels of Emerald Suited.
