Came in here for a late business lunch, wasn't even super busy like usual. Just as I sit down the waiter literally plays the role of hero and CONFRONTS me about having a 1/4 full can of monster energy with me.
He told me straight up I either need to "down it" or throw it out. I was so taken back that I thought I was on the show Punk'd. I wouldn't mind tossing it but first of all the rule is dumb. I'm a 32 year old businessman with plenty of money, I can afford (and even offered) to buy a drink from their restaurant if it was going to be a real problem.
They weren't accepting of that and continued to harass me about having any outside drink. The waiter said that there's a sign as I was in, but the sign is barely visible as it's off to the left and looks like it was drawn by a kindergartener.
I must have eaten here over 100 times since living in Vegas for the past 10 years, but no more will I patronize this establishment. I'm a strong believer in the notion that I vote with my dollar and I'm not voting for this place ever again unless they change their predatory rule.
