  • So, there's an amazing story of mine and CUT is where it all began. Two years ago just before Valentines Day, an old friend I went to high school with asked if I wanted to meet him in Las Vegas to spend a weekend and have fun, (I lived in Los Angeles at the time, and he was in New York City, but was in LV for business). I said, "sure why not!" and had no idea that my life was about to change incredibly. Later on, I found out that he had a crush on me for quite some time, and this was his opportunity take me out to dinner for the first time, and he really wanted to impress me. Ironically, it panned out that it was on Valentines Day night that he made a reservation at Wolfgang Puck's CUT. To make a long story short... It was probably one of the best dinners of my life, and easily the best steak I've ever had. Needless to say... that first dinner truly left a lasting impression on me. We've been seriously dating since, and I even moved to NYC with him. A few weeks ago, we found ourselves at CUT again, on Valentines Day and on our anniversary. Again, it was one of the best restaurants or dinners I've ever had in my life. It really felt like we took a walk down memory lane, sitting at the same table where it all began. CUT comes HIGHLY recommended from me. Their menu is INCRED-I-BLE, impressive wine list, and their service and waitstaff is among the best in the world. That's a pretty high rapport.. but I'm confident that you will not be disappointed, because CUT is consistently THIS good. I waited two years until I visited a second time to ensure that it was just as good-- if not better than the first time before writing this Yelp review. You must try this spot if you want to be impressed, or would like to impress someone special.
