  • How do I describe my experience here, well first of all I will start off by saying they did a nice job on the remodel and that is the only reason they get the one star, besides that be ready for broken promises made by the staff and by drais pool area. We decided to pick this spot being told that we would be able to enter the evening pool area to watch the fireworks for free on the 4th of July 8-10pm now I'm not a cheap person but when it comes to ppl saying what is free and then getting to the door only to have it changed 40$ for girls and a 100$ for guys I would have just gone and stayed at the Caesars and gone to omni. When I confronted the manager they said there was nothing they could do bc they were separate from drais I then proceeded to explain u shouldn't have ur staff making broken promises, he then took 30$ off our room what a joke and that was not the point I was trying to make. To say the least I will not be revisiting this place and I am disappointed in the way the management handled the whole situation!!!
