i was contacted by the business after filling out their own, internal feedback survey. i had a very nice conversation with a manager who was apologetic, and agreed that my order of arancini (apparently he was working at the time of my meal) was not up to par, and the error had been addressed with the kitchen staff. however- i was offered nothing more than a "handshake" should i return to vegas. once again- this restaurant does not live up to general expectation. i'm not impressed with the customer service at this establishment.
