The sales person who sold us the bed was very friendly and offered helpful advice. Negative stars for the post sales customer service.
Bed arrived damaged end of June and it still has not been resolved. We keep getting the run around by a sales person by the name of Joanna. She either cannot be reached, or has to get back to you...But never actually returns any calls. When you do finally get ahold of her, she is dismissive, incompetent and downright rude! Avoid her at all cost...I wish we didn't get stuck dealing with her, now it's like a bad cough that you can't shake because it always leads back to her.
Better yet avoid Pottery Barn and take your hard earned money to Crate and Barrel if you want real customer service.
