  • If you are considering buying a home from this company Beazer;; Be very careful when it comes to the HOA's. There seems to be an agreement with the HOA association for Beazer home developments with local Shady vehicle towing agencies,,. It will cost you over $400 dollars to retrieve your vehicle and if your lucky you and your family wont be late for work. They come very quietly in the middle of the nite.. Even when you are displaying their guest pass in the window... They (the HOA) make their own rules... Please don't fall fall short of there TRAP AND LOSE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO STUFF IN SOMEONES POCKETS.. I CALL SHINANAGAINS AS YOU SHOULD AS WELL.
