Terrible terrible terrible!! Came here with family and had such terrible experience. Here are some things management needs to take into consideration if they want to grow
1. GET A KIDS SIZE!! People don't want to waste 5 bucks for a small when they know their 3 or 4 year old won't eat the whole things. Such a waste of money and inventory
2. Get rid of the angry lady in the front. She needs to Learn that the customer is ALWAYS right. If I say that your ice cream is spoiled - I don't want back talk about how it's not policy to refund - I don't care about my money - I want ice cream!! Just not a nice person
3. Who the heck makes you buy the ice cream first and then decide which one? Such a bass ackwards way of doing things. Someone should come in - try a flavor or two or three and then decide they want to purchase the ice cream.
4. People aren't here to steal your product. My 15 month old daughter wanted a taste and I just wanted to give her a small amount. I had to ask for some ice cream and was literally chased down until I paid for it. Lady, I am not here to steal your ice cream - I'm here to calm down my kid and enjoy some ice cream.
5. Seriously use a credit card machine!! Who carries cash these days. And even debit cards but no visa...smh
