  • Chris is the reason for my updated review.. I have noticed a huge improvement at Volare in terms of the grounds and the cleanliness. Our hallways were cleaned and the elevators are wiped down frequently. The water bill situation looks better and the pool hours have been extended to 10:30 pm. I think they are doing their best to resolve the issues here as they come up and I am glad that the office team is willing to listen and take their residents concerns seriously. I would still like to see 24 hour amenities because we do have security patrolling the area, however the extension is a step in the right direction.
