| - First contacted Film Monkey Studios on April 17, 2017 to hire as a videographer for my wedding on May 28, 2017. They would not allow you to speak them on the phone only email (sales@filmmonkeystudios.com). Her name is Rebecca Portman. Paid them $849.99 via PayPal to book them because we needed a videographer last minute and The Knot reviews were good. I regret checking Yelp and other sites as they have shown to be a nightmare. We signed a contract which I still have. The PayPal was sent to email info@peachweddings.com. I asked to contact the videographer to speak over the phone about our destination wedding in Arizona. They said you cannot speak to anyone until 1 week before the wedding. Again, all of this is via email. I insisted that I need to speak sooner as it is a destination wedding. They replied, "I can send sooner". Now May 16, 2017 I ask for videographer contact information and they said no and you will receive Manual's information one week before the wedding. Sent 6 emails up until May 22, 2017 and they answer "Will send tomorrow, We have 15 weddings so organization and scheduling is time consuming". They did not send "tomorrow" and did not respond all week. My wedding was Sunday May 28, 2017. On May 26th I sent a final email saying my wedding is tomorrow and I need know if you will be there, if you will be there then say yes, if not I need to find another option to save my wedding. No answer. So I said I would like to cancel and have my money back. Since you will not answer I need to find a Plan B. No answer. On Sunday May 28, 2017, 2 hours before my wedding, a Robert Sullivan ESQ using the email "legal@filmmonkeyweddings.com" said I'm sorry you wish to cancel, you are taken off our schedule. No money has been refunding. No one showed up to video our wedding. My lawyers are filing a lawsuit against them as we speak and my lawyers also that there isn't a Robert Sullivan ESQ in the state of Nevada. They still have not responded to me. I asked them to please pay us back for the money they took without supplying the service. In return we will not escalate this issue with our lawyers. Still no answer. We called, emailed and everything. No answer. They stole our money.
