  • When we entered the store we were told 20min wait. I sat in the store with my child (we were both there for a cut) for 45 minutes. The first 20min all 3 stylists were busy. Then one by one as they finished each wandered around the store talked in the back completely ignoring us. When a 4th stylist came in and went straight to the back to talk I was annoyed. When a woman came in to have her lip waxed and one stylist took her and the remaining 3 went back to talking. We left and got our cuts at a salon that actually wanted us there. A shame too because even though my child loves getting her hair cut and stays still I tip very well because I know child hair cuts are not the highlight of a stylists day.
