  • Came here to get my Rolex refurbished (30+ years old with water damage and was not aging gracefully). Mark took care of me with excellent customer service and explained the entire process thoroughly. The real selling point was that they are authorized to repair Rolexes in-house and I didn't have to ship it off to a third party like most jewelers. Got the watch back sooner than the 6-8 weeks quoted and for the exact amount quoted. They retained the existing parts that I requested and had them neatly packaged with my newly refurbished watch in a nice velvety bag. The quality of the repair work is the best part. Looks like a brand new Rolex and comes with a 2 year warranty. This is an heirloom piece so I was hesitant to take the watch anywhere for repair. I'm thrilled I finally did and the outcome is incredible.
