Was initially impressed by the sign in process -very quick - then they said there was a doctor available with no patients. Went there due to terrible back pain and spasms.
I was then taken to a room by the receptionist- the majority of other rooms were empty and had their doors open. Then proceeded to wait, and wait, and wait.
The receptionist was like a robot - I said how long and she said could be an hour and a half - when I mentioned that the doc had no patients ahead of me, she said they have a little sign that says it's at the doctor's discretion.
After more than 90 min the doctor came in, made me move my legs, tested my reflexes, didn't even really check my back and said that it was a spasm (duh) said one session of physio would make a difference then sent me on my way.
If they had told me from the outset when they took me to a room - the average wait time or the computer provided those details, I would have been either ok but they leave you with the impression that it will be faster.
Learned my lesson.
