This is based off of our last experience. Brought our dog in because she was behind on shots a few weeks. The line was huge which is not s big deal. However, the receptionist was less than helpful.
Coming in with two kids and a dog I asked if she knew how long the wait would be roughly. She rudely counted out loud, the number of people ahead of me as if I lacked the ability to see or count. And then told me there at 8 ahead of you so it'll be a while.
Great! Thanks. Now that we've moved past basic addition and a witty response I was half tempted to wait but decided against it and bit my tongue as opposed to telling her how rude she was.
Instead I went on to ask, is there a better time to come back? Her response, " Probably when it's less crowded." Thank you! This lady should really touch up on her interpersonal skills - stat.
I like the vet and the the tech and that's why I returned on a later date without kids. The vet and tech on site are great. The receptionist should look for another career.
