There is a commond belief that if people really love their job then you wouldn't have to ask them because it would be very apparent. That is entirely the feeling you get here at Sands Kia. Today I showed up around 10 am without an appointment an just hoped to get an issue taken care of on a day off. I was greeted proptly by Jose Vega and he quickly listened to my theories as to what might be wrong. Next he walked outside and asked to roadtest it. we got in the car and he heard the same sound from the front left corner. Once back at the service bay we talked about an oil change and I left to go about my day. A quick courtesy ride back to the lot this afternoon and my Kia rides like a Mercedes. A warranty policy on the car helped greatly but the retail cost initially quoted fell well within expected amounts and the oil change they offer couldn't be done in my garage for less than they charge. Overall great value and exceptional service. Integrity here flows from top down beginning with Mr. Jerry Moore followup nicely by Dale Ybarra in finance and now Jose Vega in Service. A very welcomed addition to Surprise.
