  • OK I had a bad experience recently when my pre-scheduled cab never showed and was never dispatched until I called. Still a great company that provides benefits to their drivers like medical insurance. Compared to cabs and even UBER in other cities, they are tops. That being said, they need to manage the passenger's expectation when they are crazy busy so other arrangements can be made. No need to stress out the passenger. I love Union Cab.
