Overall we are pleased with Safeguard. We had one problem with our unit needing servicing several months after we moved in and assumed ownership of the unit. We did not know prior to having serviceman come out and fix that there is a way to fix the unit ourselves by asking Safeguard to temporarily disable the 'tamper' alert so that we can repair our own device, saving the service call. After having a company rep reach out and explain as well as take steps to solve our problem, we are very pleased with the company's prompt response to any issues.
