  • I overall am pleased with the Management and maintainance crew. They are very responsive and friendly. We were all forced to accept and pay for a concierge service of trash pick up instead of taking out our own for free. Lastly, if you don't move your vehicle every 48 hours you risk getting a ticket. This goes against being able to take vacations or to retire. I agree vehicles must remain running anc with current registration. Aside from the 2 negatives i recommend SanTierra and feel safe here.
