Came by for lunch the other day and it was a mediocre experience at best. Arrived at 11:35 am and had to wait for the first batch of folks to finish their ramen!
Started off with the Gyoza which was mediocre. It wasn't super fresh, although it was acceptable. ...nothing special.
The tonkotsu shoyu ramen w/ chashu and green onions was okay. Added in the nitamago, hard boiled egg, which made the ramen that much more tasty! As other Yelpers mentioned, they use skinny noodles here...so less substance to chew on. The chashu was tender, although it was on the fattier side.
The hard boiled egg was probably the highlight of the meal, cooked medium.
~$15/person after tax and tip for lunch.
