  • Alright so I saw their ad on TV, the one where the guy is snaking a line into a sink from the outside and somehow gets a piece of toast and eats it. Lemme be the one to say it, that was just absolutely stupid. Anyway, I had a plumbing emergency and needed them to take care of the problems. I had a backed up toilet and kitchen sink. The technician worked on the toilet first, got that snaked and cleared it up. They didn't bother to clean up after themselves to begin with. But then they had the audacity to use the same tools for the kitchen sink!!!! What the ****???? Who does that? I will NEVER use this service again. Find somebody else..
