ILoveKickboxing has been a GREAT group oriented workout, and it is a HELL of a workout including a LOT of cardio and fat burning exercises. So far over the last 3 weeks, I have managed to lose 10 pounds with this program and most importantly a good diet. If you're even looking for just a hobby not necessarily fat loss, this is it! Not only do you still lose weight regardless, but you learn important life skills to use in any self defense situation. Either way, all of the instructors here are FANTASTIC. Especially Jordyn & Tommy. Please at least give the trial a chance if you are even partially interested! It's worth it!
