Been a few times to look but today was my first attempt to purchase. Spent 2 hours selecting all my items. Upon casing out, it was disclosed that the rug i bought was floor model (after i purchased it). I asked for a discount and was told 10%, but they would not honor any return or exchange policy. Told them that I wanted a new one then. They said no others existed. I asked that they honor a 7 day return policy in case the rug did not match when it got delivered. They absolutely refused. Not very customer friendly. Even spoke with a Ops Mgr. I told her to cancel my entire order then. She did! Where was this person trained? How about some give to make your customer happy. After all, I was purchasing a used product. The main manager was conflicted on whether to back her or support the customer. He got it right though and offered me the rug at the discounted price with the 7 day return. At that point it was 9pm and they were closing. Oh, and a $99 delivery fee is outrageous.
