  • An unfortunate update. I closed my loan on February 27. Roundpoint Mortgage was supposed to send me, as they are everyone, a "Welcome Package" that includes my new loan number, a payment schedule and coupon book I suppose and an address for my first month's mortgage payment. It's about 45 days later and I've received nothing, which of course requires that I continue doing the leg work for this loan. Is it really my job to hunt down the address of where my mortgage payments should go?
