Moved to Vegas two years ago from LA and have really struggled to find good sushi. So far, sushi Roku sets the standard. The chefs are extremely good at what they do. They bring their own flair to standard items. They also have managed to create some very tasty and interesting dishes of their own. The hanabi is very tasty as is the tuna tartare. The salmon skin hand roll ordered a little extra crispy is the best I've ever had - the taste of the salmon skin though delicate, is not oily or overwhelmed by the other ingredients in the roll. Suggestion for all diners - try the sushi before you bathe it in soy and wasabi. You don't want to mask any of the flavors. Only real downsides - 1 it's on the strip so getting to and from can be difficult, and 2 it's expensive (but sometimes, you do get what you pay for).
