They were referred to me by Foremost Insurance to do repairs on my grandmothers mobile home. They arrived on time (5/21/18) and proceeded to access the damages. The tech, Justin, told me that they could do the repairs. He said that he would work with the insurance company to file the claim, that would be on less step I would need to deal with. He said he'd send over the estimate and I could decide what to do then. May 25th I called him at 9:58 am and got a text that he was on the phone. I emailed him and asked where the estimate was. I received nothing in return. No call. No estimate. It is now June 28, 2018. I have received NOTHING! Pretty disappointed to say the least. I did let the insurance company know, to NOT recommend them to their Policy Holders, that Slate's lack of attention, looks bad on them.
