  • First, I would like to start off by saying that I never give a 5 star unless it is an absolute perfect experience. My husband was attending a conference at the Westin, so naturally I booked a couple of hours at the spa. This is something that I do several times a year when he is on business and we are both spa junkies by nature. I already have a facial and massage booked for next week when we are back home in Chicago so I decided to book the Agave Signature Manicure & Pedicure with Bella. As I mentioned before, I usually go to the spa once a month, have a manicure once a week and a pedicure every 3 weeks. This was the most enjoyable experience that I have had in a very long time and it was an absolute pleasure to spend 2 hours with Bella. I can't say enough just how wonderful that she was.
