  • our furniture is nice, but we had to go to the pineville three times to actually find a sales person that would help. The second sales woman actually told us to go to Ashley's furniture, b/c they have better deals. We thought we received good customer service, until 2 days before the furniture was suppose to be delivered, they had the delivery scheduled for my old address (since it's the address on my license, even thought we spend an hour telling the salesman that we moved to a bigger house and moving into the house a month before it the furniture would be delivered. when I called to complain and reschedule the delivery, no real remorse, just asked me to reschedule. it was awful!! I even told them I was having family in town to sleep on the furniture we bought and we just got "so, when do you want to reschedule, there is nothing we can do", even though it was THEIR MISTAKE!! then the deliverymen were sweating all over my furniture, left trash on my carpet and hit almost every wall in my house. And the best part, they asked me if they did a good job, I said yes, just to get them out of my house.. awful experience.
