  • I didn't buy my Countryman at Mini of LV but I am using the service department. I love my service person Dawn, she rocks, tech tat works on my car Thomas. What I like about them is that they talk to me like a human and don't talk down to me like other service places I have been to in the past. They are always friendly and don't do anything to my car that is not needed.
