One barista at this place has made this entire review possible. Came in for a quick drink with my wife and was immediately taken back at the attitude this barista portrayed. As soon as we got to the register, she didn't even greet us, asked me what I wanted and stared at me as if I was in the wrong for even having the audacity to come into "her" Starbucks for a cup of coffee. I'm making this review because customer service is becoming more and more of a foreign language and I refuse to believe that there are people like this working for a company, such as Starbucks, that "serves" people every single day. The manager at this place should literally clean house and start over if this is the type of representation they wish to have at their location. As someone who strives to provide the best customer service possible, I was actually embarrassed for this individual. Poor form.
