Wish I would have read the reviews before ordering on UberEATS. Decided after placing the order that we needed a side of rice. Called UberEATS who contacted the restaurant, the restaurant told them I had to call in. I called Sylvia's and asked that the side be added to my order(which I know restaurants can do when an order is placed through UberEATS) only to be told they "don't do that" and then put on hold by the rudest woman (Amanda) because she was "too busy there" her words not mine. Over 10 minutes on hold, in that time my order was picked up and delivered. Needless to say worst customer service and I won't ever be ordering from here again.
UPDATE:
Food arrived and although I repeatedly wrote extra hot sauce they sent one tiny cup of hot sauce/salsa for an order for 2 burritos. FAIL.
