  • Worst move EVER! What was supposed to be a morning move 8-9 start time didn't get started till 4:37. 2 Guys in a Budget Rental truck. FINALLY showed at my storage unit, after MULTIPLE time changes by them. One had to take 4 breaks during their 3 hour move. Same dude told me I had to pay cash, and it was going to be $110/hr. This, AFTER dropping a box snd saying "it's just insignificant stuff". It doesn't matter, that shouldn't have happened. I didn't even have them unload the entire 10x 20 storage unit, only the furniture. informed him that's NOT what Steve said was on my contract. I will be calling tomorrow to corporate office in St. Pete and since I was charged $416 after ruining my mother's day, I will be requesting a large compensation for MY and my family's troubles. I have also contacted my lawyer in FL and here in NC to discuss this situation.
